The studio is pleased to be able to offer CORE BARRE(tm) group classes to its schedule. The CORE
BARRE(tm) system of SMART MOVEMENT(tm) promotes high energy, low-impact, and fat-burning movements based on elements of Pilates, classical ballet and athletic conditioning. These classes create focus, precision, and strength in a fun 55 minutes.
Located in the Stone Mill Village shopping center,
is devoted to teaching a contemporary style of pilates exercise based on the original technique developed by Joseph H. Pilates. Current principles of biomechanics are applied to the traditional exercises to develop strong, flexible bodies without causing or aggravating joint and muscle problems.
Pilates Studio instructors are devoted to each client's individual progress in developing the technique necessary to achieve the strong, flexible body envisioned by Joseph H. Pilates.
